Group therapy is a form of counseling that involves one or more therapists working with pre-selected group members who experience similar life experiences. Group therapy provides a venue to express current struggles in a relaxed supportive environment. Like one-on-one therapy, confidentiality rules do apply to maintain emotional safety.
