Group Therapy

Group therapy provides individuals a way to learn how to grow from their current struggles, seek solutions, and gain validation in a confidential environment with others who may be/have been in a similar situation.

Group therapy helps with the many situations, including relationship challenges, divorce, adoption, clinical supervision, grief and loss, life-coping skills, feelings of isolation, and gender exploration. Like one-on-one therapy, the rules of confidentiality strictly apply.

"Mindfulness is an awareness that arises through paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally, in the service of self-understanding and wisdom."
